This class is a great way to start the day. The class is conducted outside so make sure you wear appropriate
clothing. We usually train on The Deck at the side of the building facing out to the basketball courts.
If it is raining, don't worry!! We will re-locate inside The Hub.
This class is a very social one, so if you have the time, make sure you join everyone for coffee afterward. You will be made extremely welcome.
If you are travelling by tram, you can catch the 11 or 48 trams down Collins Street or the 35, 70 or 75 tram along Harbour Esplanade and it's a 2 minute walk from any of the tram stops. If you are feeling
a bit more energetic you can easily walk from Southern Cross Station (approximately 10 minutes).
