Competition & Intensive Training

These training sessions are designed to help you improve your taijiquan within your selected form/s, build confidence, gain the benefits of working toward a goal, develop the concept of working with and supporting other people, but most importantly to have fun.

You must advise in advance which routine you wish to study and be able to complete the routine unassisted.
