Classes

All our classes are designed in conjunction with a range of specially trained instructors and health professionals to provide you with the perfect mind-body exercise program.

Virtual Classes

JinLi puts the needs of students first and foremost, and continues to provide innovative solutions to learning Taijiquan and Qigong.

Our Virtual classes are another way we can provide classes to those who are house-bound, travelling interstate or overseas. Using the Zoom Teleconferencing platform, a student will still have an interactive learning opportunity, including real-time corrections and assistance in developing their skills.

Tai Chi for Schools

JinLi’s Tai Chi for Schools Programs are tailored to suit all levels of the School Community from Primary through Secondary, Teachers, Parents and the wider school community. We provide compact, fun and easy-to-learn sessions for primary students right through to in-depth programs including theory, philosophy and complex movement sequences for educators and/or parents.

We have worked closely with educators and consulted with the Science of Learning Research Centre at Melbourne University to ensure our programs meet the highest standards. This has led to our focus on teaching sessions that test the practitioner’s self-awareness and self-respect thereby leading to improvements in human relationships, improved responses to outside forces and heightened levels of social and emotional literacy.

Private Classes

Most of JinLi’s Instructors are available to conduct private classes. Individual tuition can be beneficial if you expect to be away for an extended period of time, find you are struggling to attend regular classes or would like to work independently of a class situation. You will need to contact our office to discuss your requirements.

Tai Chi for Seniors

While our classes are suitable for all age groups, we do run specially designed programs for older Australians. If you would prefer to be amongst people of your own generation, then why not try a Seniors Tai Chi class. The Seniors Classes are conducted at a slower pace in a relaxed and enjoyable environment.
