JinLi Beginners will enjoy a gentle but focussed introduction to the wonderful world of Qigong. Each class will incorporate Qigong breathing; strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises; Qigong fundamentals; theory and form work.

do not need to complete an enrolment form prior to attending your first class.
Your first JinLi class is FREE - if it doesn't suit you, walk away - no pressure, no cost. If you decide to stay you can pay either weekly or by the term.

There is no special equipment or clothing required for Qigong - just wear loose, comfortable clothing and flat-soled shoes.
We help Beginners settle in to the concept of Qigong practice by teaching the ShiBaShi Taiji Qigong Set 1 Routine. At that stage we shift our Qigong focus on to the extensively researched routines published by the Chinese Health Qigong Association. Each of the routines has been optimised for health, relaxation and mind development, and include:
