Corporate Classes

JinLi Wushu-Tai Chi has a long history of providing high quality, professional Tai Chi and Qigong classes to the Australian corporate and government sectors. Many of our instructors have worked in these sectors so we appreciate first-hand the needs of an effective workplace health and well-being program.

Our instructors have taught for corporations such as ANZ, Radisson Hotel Group, Visy, Schneider Electric, Medibank and Gloria Jean; Government Departments including the Australian Taxation Office, The Energy and Water Ombudsman, Melbourne University and Department of Education; Local Government Agencies across the Cities of Melbourne, Darebin, Port Phillip and Yarra; to name a few.

JinLi can provide the following:
  • A one-off class to support Team Building, Conference and Planning Days
  • Classes as an adjunct to Work-life and Well-being Programs
  • Ongoing classes to improve staff morale, physical and mental well-being in the workplace
  •  Specialised classes for government agencies working with marginalised communities
  •  Tailor programs to suit individual needs

The 2012 CBI Health Data Summary shows around 50% of office workers have poor flexibility, and more than 70% do little or no physical activity. These statistics in your workplace will lead to reduced productivity, increased absenteeism and an overall lack of motivation. Tai Chi and Qigong are the perfect ways to ensure your staff have improved physical and mental health, leading to a reduction in staff absenteeism, an increased sense of employee satisfaction and team function, as well as reduce stress-related issues.

Similar statistics can be seen in marginalised communities where poor health and social skills lead to isolation and chronic mental health issues. Again, engaging in an activity such as Tai Chi will increase physical and mental well-being, create a social network and provide a much-needed environment for participants to regain a sense of purpose and inclusion.

All our classes are designed in conjunction with a range of specially trained instructors, health professionals and corporate communicators to provide you with the perfect mind-body exercise program.

Our classes can include:

  • Qigong breathing and meditation techniques
  • Strength, flexibility, balance and coordination exercises
  • Martial applications
  • Forms both barehand and weaponry

Whether you are looking for a more dynamic program or a gentler experience, we have programs to suit all ages and fitness levels.

We are more than happy to discuss your individual requirements and tailor a package to suit the needs of your organisation. For more information please contact our office.
